Global dining on all scales is readily available in Las Vegas. With much of the dining options housed inside casinos and integrated resorts, visitors will find everything from fine dining and Celebrity Chef restaurants to burger joints and fast food. Local dining off of the strip can be found, with many Mexican and Latin-style flavours easily found throughout the city. Buffets are still a “thing” in Las Vegas, having upgraded from the stereotypical low-cost budget options to premium buffets located inside luxury resorts. Classic bars and restaurants can still be found, however – such as the Top of Binion’s Steakhouse, a staple in the city for many years and considered a local secret.
